The next Public Science Lecture Series presentation at Florida Tech will outline key properties of black holes and will answer the question “What are black holes and why do astronomers believe they exist?"

WFIT's Spring 2013 Fund Drive will be the first fund drive to take place in our brand new Broadcast Center. The drive runs from Friday, March 15 through Monday, March 25.  

Most people know that Public Radio stations such as WFIT rely heavily on Membership Support. Our Spring 2013 Fund Drive goal is ambitious and attainable with your help.  

Current Swell, a Canadian indie rock band from Victoria, British Columbia will join Todd Kennedy for a live in-studio session during Sound Waves on Tuesday, March 5. The band has been described as being  in the foreground of the "new roots" music front pushing out of Canada's west coast. And pushing out they are! Current Swell is generously making some time for WFIT in the midst of a USA/Australia/United Kingdom and European Tour.
