After the festivities the night before, tune in on New Year’s Dayfor our annual Sound Waves Top 25 Albums of 2018.

I’ll run down our top 25 albums that got the most spins the past year on the show and a few new music discoveries.

There’ll be songs from 2 of our favorite new artists Soccer Mommy and Snail Mail along with music from Maggie Rogers, Kasey Musgraves and Leon Bridges.

We’ll count up to our #1 favorite.

Originally from Boston, Todd Kennedy began volunteering at WFIT 89.5 FM in 1992 as a late night jazz DJ. In 1998 he was hired as Director of Operations and in 2004 he became Program Director until his retirement in 2022.
