Florida Tech’s Treat or Treat is a free public event featuring haunted houses, live performances, games, a costume contest and candy! This event will be held from 2-6 p.m. on Saturday, October 27 on the Florida Tech campus in the Residence Quad and is hosted by Florida Tech Resident Life and its nearly 60 undergraduate resident assistants. Treat or Treat provides Brevard County families with an opportunity for a safe Halloween experience. Four of the haunted houses will have different “scare levels” with suggested age ranges, though all ages are welcome and one of the houses is exclusively for trick or treating.
The themes of the houses are:
- “Under the Sea” in Shaw Hall: age range 5 and under
- “Coco” in Woods Hall: scare level 1, age range 5-8
- “Black Panther” in Campbell Hall: scare level 2, age range 8-12
- “Stranger Things” in Grissom Hall: scare level 2.5, age range 10-13
- “Slender Man” in Evans Hall: scare level 3, age range 13 and older
This event also offers games, food, a costume contest, music, inflatables and booths.
