The Eau Gallie Arts District is inviting the community to “Experience EGAD” Friday, September 7 during the Art District's First Friday Art Walk. Join area artists, dancers and musicians for hands-on creative fun.

The 27th Annual NKF Rich Salick Surf Festival is the largest surfing charity competition in the world. This event is held each Labor Day Weekend, Thursday, Aug 30 – Monday, Sept 3, at Shepherd Park and Cocoa Beach Pier.
The festival features professional and amateur Surfing competitions, stand up paddleboard and Tandem competitions, skateboard, Karate, entertainment, family fun and volunteering.

Mark your calendars! The 2012 Turtle Krawl 5k Run/Walk is scheduled for Saturday, September 15th, beginning at 7:30 a.m. in Nance Park, at the northeast corner of A1A and 5th Ave in Indialantic.
The turnout for 2011's race was tremendous, and an even larger turnout is expected this year.

The Florida Wildlife Hospital and Sanctuary announces their 10th Annual Benefit Run, “Born to be Wild”.  The Run takes place Sunday, August 19 with the first bike out at 10 a.m. from Malabar Mo’s, 2805 Malabar Road, Malabar.  There will be music, vendors and drawings. The run ends at 2 p.m. at the American Legion Post 81, 2909 South Harbor City Boulevard.
