The String Orchestra, bigger and mightier than ever before will present "Norwegian Expedition" in this concert! It is only fitting to take on some of the amazing music written by Norwegian, Danish, and Swedish composers for this fantastic concert. Their centerpiece is the famous Holberg Suite by Edward Elgar. Most orchestras pick and choose a few movements of this work, but they are doing it from start to finish! You will also be dazzled by our gigantic cello section as they play a special arrangement for cellos only. They plan to blow away the audience with some fun viking themed pieces on our way to Valhalla.
