Get Ready for the ......

30th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade

The Ancient Order of Hibernians-Brevard, The City of Melbourne and Meg O’Malley’s appreciates your past support and participation in Melbourne’s Annual Downtown St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

The downtown parade is a family friendly celebration of Saint Patrick, the patron Saint of Ireland. Last year’s parade drew a record crowd of over 13,000 spectators to downtown Melbourne and included sixty-five participating groups, including schools, churches, marching bands, first responders and veterans groups.

We would like to invite your organization to participate in this year’s parade, the 30th annual, held on Saturday, March 14th at 11 am. A parade application form for 2020 can be downloaded by clicking the link above, or going to the 2020 Parade Page. All applications must be received by March 1st.

There are three ways to enter your group to participate in the parade.

All schools, bands, government entities, first responders and veterans groups may

participate at no cost by simply filling out the parade application and returning it.

Other groups, such as clubs and businesses, may participate in the parade by

supporting the parade with a $50 donation, filling out the parade application and

returning it. This includes a business card advertisement in the parade program.

You may become an official parade sponsor. Details of the various sponsorship

options are included in the “2020 Sponsorship Package”. Select a sponsorship level, fill out the sponsor form and return with a check for the proper amount.

Submit all checks payable to “The Ancient Order of Hibernians, Division II Brevard” and mail to Ancient Order of Hibernians, c/o Todd McDonald, PO Box 933, Melbourne FL, 32902 no later than March 1st. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me by phone, or email. We are looking forward to celebrating St. Patrick’s Day 2020 with your organization and the residents of Brevard County.
