When we think of ‘yoga’ in the west, we may think of increased strength and flexibility. In this program; however, is a fusion of mindfulness practices today and yoga as it was taught in India 1600 years ago. The old way has never been more relevant than in the Age of Information, where attention spans are at an all-time low and stress is at an all-time high. In the last decade, researchers have discovered that mindfulness and meditation practices are revolutionary methods when it comes to disease prevention and proactive health.

This program offers tools to anyone that who may want to make a shift in their life, toward being happier, or more true & effective versions of themselves on and off the yoga mat.
