The music program endeavors to not only connect with the panther family on campus, but the surrounding community off-campus and beyond. As a way to build bridges between our campus and our off-campus community, we are hosting a day of masterclasses and a public concert. The Brass and Rhythm Day will be held on Sunday Sept 25, 2022. We invite you to attend one of the four masterclasses available in the afternoon as well as our end of day concert. Guest artists include: Doug Michels, lead trumpet player with Glorida Estefan and The Miami Sound Machine, Harry Watters: lead trombone with the US Army Blues, Steve Luciano: jazz guitarist and Walt Disney World Musician, Joe Lovinksy, principal horn with the Venice Symphony, and many others. All events are free and open to the public. Masterclasses begin at 130pm and the concert begins at 4pm.
