Guitarist, composer, producer, and arranger Chieli Minucci longtime leader of the Grammy-nominated jazz-fusion group Special EFX featuring Chieli Minucci, is a major force on the jazz and world music scene for 40 years. Mr. Minucci brings a powerhouse band with him to the King Center in Melbourne, on June 1st, coinciding with BMG Concerts’ 31st Anniversary. Featured with Chieli Minucci is Eric Marienthal (Chick Correa, Dave Weckle) on sax, Brian Bromberg (Dave Grusin, Billy Cobham, Michael Bublé) on bass, Jay Rowe (Dave Koz, Russ Freeman, Wayman Tisdale) and Joel Rosenblatt (Bill Evans, Foben Ford, Larry Carlton).
