Melbourne City Ballet Theatre and National Ballet Theatre of Odessa present America’s favorite fairytale, The Sleeping Beauty, with a live symphonic orchestra accompaniment by Satellite Instrumental Music, at the King Center for the Performing Arts for two performances this December! This is the first time the legendary National Ballet Theatre of Odessa has visited the United States, with 55 of the most talented and the brightest ballet stars to share the stage with Melbourne City Ballet Theatre dancers of all ages! This full-scale production, choreographed by renowned choreographer Marius Petipa, is based on the Brothers Grimm's enchanting fairytale, where love restores life. This production is sure to bring the celebration of true love onto our stage and into our hearts! A captivating and endearing ballet for the entire family! Be sure not to miss it!
