The Cody Firearms Museum in northwest Wyoming just got a makeover. It's moved away from being a monument to guns and toward being an educational space.
A whopping 7,000 people vied for the chance to hunt Wyoming grizzly bears for the first time in 44 years. Many entrants in the permit lottery said if they won, they would sit out the hunt.
The school board in Cody, Wyo., is scheduled to decide whether to let its teachers carry guns. In a heavily armed state that allows school districts to make that decision, it's still stirred debate.
