Homeowners in Florida’s Space Coast are forming a solar co-op! Co-op members will use their group buying power to get a discounted price for solar panels. If you’ve ever wanted to go solar and live in Brevard County, now is your chance!  The co-op is sponsored by the League of Women Voters Space Coast, Brevard County, Brevard Federation of Teachers, City of Satellite Beach, Rockledge Gardens, Space Coast EV Drivers, The Green Marketplace, Turtle Coast Sierra Club, Unitarian Universalist Church of Brevard, and WFIT 89.5FM.

Space Coast Solar Co-op has selected Brevard Solar, LLC to serve the 100+-member group. Co-op members chose the company through an open and competitive bidding process. The group is accepting new members through February 28.
