In this spring season your local public radio station is unfurling exciting new growth for you, our fans and supporters. WFIT’s renewed website is blossoming with fresh features and content including live streaming, a cycling slideshow and social media interactivity.
Our innovative programming is in full bloom too - shows like Roots, Rock, Reggae, Sound Waves and The Lacking Organization continue to branch off with original music.
WFIT has also been getting outdoors with in-the-field reporting on the Florida Wildlife Corridor Expedition.
Most excitingly for our DJ’s and Staff is the construction of WFIT’s state of the art broadcast facility, which is growing weekly and will soon house 6 studios - including a performance studio.
