Better Together, a nonprofit dedicated to families and children, is marking its expansion to the Space Coast with a celebration on Thursday, Aug. 17 from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

The event will include celebratory activities, a ribbon cutting ceremony and informational sessions to learn more about the organization and how to get involved. The event is open to the public, and donors, volunteers, including host families and mentors, community partners and church partners will all be in attendance.

The event will take place at Carroll Distributing Co., located at 1553 Chad Carroll Way in Melbourne. Attendees should RSVP to Isis LaRose at Isis@BetterTogetherus.org.
