In June the children’s Saturday art adventure at the Studios of Cocoa Beach will meet twice, on June 10 and 17, from 10 to 11 am. Glauca Romano will help children create a mixed media farm.

“On the Farm”will have the kids paint a bird's eye view of their farm, add clay animals, and use recycled items to create barns, trees, and more. This is a fun whimsical project that has the little ones using their creativity to learn art skills.

Glaucia has a Masters Degree in Art Education and is a certified Art Educator in the state of Florida. She has taught art classes for at least 15 years in the public and private sectors, mostly to kids, but also to adults. She has a wide knowledge of a variety of media and processes and can't wait to share them with you.

The Studios’ workshop room is behind the gallery at 165 Minutemen Causeway in downtown Cocoa Beach. Their gallery is open Mondays 9 am to 2 pm, Tuesday to Saturday 9 am to 7 pm and Sundays 1 to 6 pm.
