This is an outdoor meditation
Transportation to and from the the Meditation space provided - We will depart from
Atlantean Healing Arts, 1680 Highway A1A, Suite 4, Satellite Beach FL 32937 at 7am.
Lunch provided.
Wear loose clothing, bring sunscreen and water.
Bring a yoga mat, or pillow to sit on
