John is a graphic designer and a photographer. Upon retirement in 2016, he studied pastel and oil painting under the late Sandy Johnson. In 2019, after experience (and some success) in local galleries and exhibitions, he decided that the burgeoning new development and population growth here in Brevard County may need larger and impactful art to fill all the new wall spaces. The result: John reimagines selections from a vast photographic portfolio into dynamic, large, colorful digital paintings that create a visual statement on any wall surface. Most of the graphic images are printed on brilliant, durable and washable metal composite material, but any of John’s artwork can be printed on canvas as well.
