The Henegar Presents The Boogie Woogie Veterans Show With Company B

Company B – The Andrews Sisters Musical Tribute act will perform in a free concert for veterans on Friday, September 5 at the Henegar Center in Melbourne. Presented by the Veterans Resource Committee of the Melbourne Regional Chamber, the concert begins at 7 pm.

Company B’s  passion for entertaining spans more than two decades and their work has been internationally recognized. Brimming with energy, excitement and camaraderie, these three ladies bring the 40′s era back to life with some of the finest music ever recorded. Their repertoire includes World War II hits like “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy,” “Chattanooga Choo Choo,” and “Don’t Sit Under the Apple Tree.” Company B will be performing with the Swingtime Lite, the 7-piece combo unit of our own Melbourne Municipal Band, celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.

Vets can register for one of the free seats online. The public is also invited to reserve one the 175 remaining seats at the Henegar Center for $25 each. More information and tickets are available at the Henegar Center's website.
