The Chandlery's Party with a Purpose Benefits the Children's Home Society December 4th

photo632.png

Thursday December 4th, The Chandlery in downtown Melbourne (911 E New Haven Ave) hosts a benefit for The Children's Home Society.  The event begins at 3 pm with a visit from Santa. Bring an unwrapped toy for children in need and a mere $5 charge gets you dynamite food and drinks, an ugly sweater photo booth and lots of fun!

The Children's Home Society Embraces Children Inspires Lives.  Their dream:

  • To break the generational cycle of child abuse in more families.
  • To protect children from harm.
  • To heal children who've been hurt.
  • To create strong, stable families.
  • To help children grow up safe, healthy and prepared for life.

CHS protects and heals children. They build and strengthen families. They rescue and embrace teens struggling to survive on their own. Find out how they do it.

Terri Wright has held the position of General Manager at WFIT since 1998.
