This year's election may be the most important of our lives. Really.
Most folks who've been involved in politics have heard that many times before -- but 2020, really is different. The intensity and profusion of corruption that swirls around the Oval Office is breathtaking. Impeachment is only the tip of the iceberg. The lies and cover-ups that seem to flow from the headlines every day are shocking and depressing. It's time for every American to get up off the couch, and vote. We all have a responsibility to get involved to help others to vote too, and to help the candidates that represent our best interests, and push back against corruption.
It's not just Washington that should horrify us. All politics are local.
Voter suppression is becoming a conservative hallmark.
When every eligible American votes -- America wins. Yet conservatives know that in most elections, when turnout is high -- Progressives and Liberals tend to win. That's why they don't want you to vote!
We must increase citizen participation in all of our elections.
We'll be registering voters, educating voters, inspiring voters and returning citizens, who deserve the right to vote. If you've got questions about elections, voting, and today's hottest issues, you need to be there!
