This has been an unprecedented time for all of us, bringing many challenges to our communities. Daily, we've all had to make tough decisions on moving forward.
Throughout our listener community, family gatherings, festivals, events, and fund drives have been postponed or cancelled in an attempt to keep everyone healthy. We've all learned new ways of how to stay apart physically, but pull together emotionally. We've had to conquer the unforeseen challenges of working and studying from home. And just when we thought that was alot to handle, we found we all need to work together to find new ways to address systemic racism, because we all need each other. Our diversity makes us better.
We know our community will find ways to weather these current crises, and, with your help, WFIT and NPR will be there every step of the way. Please keep yourself healthy, and thank you for listening and supporting public radio. You are greatly appreciated.
