CALL TO ARTISTS. ArtWorks of Eau Gallie Fine Arts Festival invites artists in all categories to apply to the 27th Annual Festival. ArtWorks will be on November 18 - 19, 2023. This outdoor Festival will be along Highland Ave. in Melbourne's Eau Gallie Arts District. ArtWorks features artists who will be displaying art for sale; and they will be creating new works of art in their booths during the show.
