Derek Gores Gallery presents an exhibit of paintings by Dutch legend Frits Van Eeden, curated by Link Johnsten.
The exhibit runs 3/20 - 4/13.
Opening reception Friday, March 20th, 6-8pm.
Enjoy more than twenty new works documenting the figurative expressionist painter and sculptor's fascination with the play between figure and space. Several of the works are sketches for sculptures, and all contain Van Eeden's beautiful textural touch and command of lush color.
